1. About Signenza

Signenza provides a curated business introduction service powered by AI-assisted matching and human review.

Signenza is not a recruitment agency, investment broker, financial adviser, PR agency, legal adviser or business consultant.

2. What We Provide

Depending on the membership selected, Signenza may provide:

• access to the Signenza founding network;
• review of your application and business intent;
• AI-assisted matching suggestions;
• curated business introduction opportunities;
• founder/operator/agency/PR/investor introduction facilitation;
• priority access for founding members.

3. No Guarantee of Business Results

Signenza does not guarantee revenue, profit, investment, clients, contracts, PR coverage, media appearances, partnerships or any specific commercial outcome.

Introductions are made based on relevance, availability and mutual interest. An introduction does not guarantee that the other party will respond, agree to a meeting, enter into a transaction or produce any financial result.

4. Permission-Based Introductions

Signenza operates a permission-based introduction model.

We do not provide unrestricted access to member contact details. Where appropriate, Signenza may first ask both parties whether they are open to an introduction. Contact details may only be shared once there is a reasonable basis for an introduction.

5. Membership Fees

Membership fees are charged according to the plan selected at checkout.

Founding Member and Strategic Member payments are early-access membership fees and may include a defined number of curated introduction opportunities.

Unless stated otherwise, payments are one-time fees and not equity, investment, loan, profit share or crowdfunding contribution.

6. Refund Policy

Because Signenza provides a curated service involving application review, profile assessment, AI-assisted matching and introduction work, refunds are not available once the service has begun or an introduction opportunity has been delivered.

If no review, matching work or introduction activity has started, refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase. If you are a consumer and applicable law gives you cancellation rights, those rights are not affected.

7. Founding Member Access

Founding Member access is limited to early members selected during the launch phase. Benefits may evolve as the product develops.

• participation in the early Signenza network.

8. Member Conduct

Members must not use Signenza for spam, mass outreach, misleading claims, scraping contact details, harassment, illegal activity or unsolicited sales campaigns.

9. Application Review

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Signenza may reject, delay or remove applications at its discretion to protect network quality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signenza is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities or failed business outcomes arising from introductions or use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

11. Data and Privacy

Signenza collects and processes personal data to operate the service, review applications, process payments and facilitate introductions.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Users should review our Privacy Policy for more information.
