Signenza provides curated introduction and network participation services.
1. Service Activity
Because the service may begin immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once service activity has started. Service activity may include:
- application review;
- profile evaluation;
- matching preparation;
- AI-assisted processing;
- introduction work.
2. Membership Access
Memberships provide access to:
- the Signenza network;
- curated introduction opportunities;
- AI-assisted matching systems;
- founder review and onboarding.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Signenza does not guarantee revenue, clients, investment, partnerships, business outcomes or commercial results.
4. Refund Requests
If no review or introduction activity has started, refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase.
